Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The discovery call, the written proposal, and our initial recommendation cost you nothing. We only charge when you decide to proceed with a project.
I don't have a brief ready — is that okay?
Absolutely. Send us what you have — even a rough idea. We'll ask the right questions on the call and help you shape the scope. Most of our best projects started as a half-formed idea.
How quickly can you start?
Typical project kick-off is 1–2 weeks after proposal acceptance. If you have a hard deadline, tell us in the message and we'll let you know honestly whether we can meet it before you commit to anything.
Do you work with businesses outside Canada?
Yes. We work with clients across Canada, the US, and internationally. All project communication happens async via email and video calls. Prices are in CAD; we can invoice in USD on request.
Can you take over an existing project?
Yes — we do this regularly. We'll audit the existing codebase first and give you an honest assessment of what's salvageable before taking anything on. No obligations until you're happy with our assessment.
What if I just want ongoing support?
